“Can a man who’s warm understand one who’s freezing?”

I am a Licensed Associate in Marriage and Family Therapy (LAMFT), under the supervision of Dr. Herb Grant, LMFT. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I value understanding my client’s perspectives and life experiences, listening with compassion, and asking questions that enable meaningful discovery. Together we can understand what is causing you distress or keeping you stuck so meaningful change can take place. I seek to create an atmosphere of grace as we walk through your greatest challenges and heartaches with care. 

More specifically, my approach to treatment is client-centered, experiential, and psychodynamic. I often use Internal Family Systems for the treatment of trauma and value somatic work that takes both the nervous system and meaning-making into account. I can incorporate faith into sessions as a client desires. I am also happy to meet with clients of all beliefs and walks of life, including those who have experienced spiritual abuse. I am particularly passionate about working with couples and seeing marriages thrive.
